Alexandra has been interested in nutrition from a young age. Dancing competitively growing up gave her a general curiosity for the mind and body connection early on. Over the years she grew more curious as to how our diets affect our overall mental and physical health. She has always been interested in cooking and experimenting in the kitchen and is lucky to have parents who encouraged a healthy lifestyle. Alexandra felt called to explore the mind and body connection further so she traveled to Thailand to complete her 200 HR Hatha yoga certification. Upon returning from her course Alexandra knew she wanted to help others live a wholesome and healthy life through Yoga and Holistic Nutrition. She is a firm believer in the connection between Mind, Body and Spirit; the foundation of which being a healthy body. Alexandra has recently started a lifestyle blog centered around living a healthy balanced lifestyle in a simple to read and easy to understand format. She is currently completing her certification as a Holistic Nutrition Coach and will be moving on to further specialize in Plant-Based and Childhood Nutrition as a Holistic Nutritionist.
