I am currently in school to become a Holistic Health Coach and finally a Holistic Nutritionist . I want to have a better understanding of the food we eat and the effect it has on us. Food can affect us physically and emotionally. Learning to make better choices will affect our happiness and will have an impact on our health. I keep foods in the house that power me, make me feel great, and keep me going.

My other loves are:

Travel adventures, dogs, hiking, craft beer, cooking, tea, beaches, cottages, sunshine, live music, elephants, tulips and eating healthy foods!
