Hi, I’m Laverne, wife, mom of two, health and fitness enthusiast, and a graduate of NutraPhoria’s Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach program.  I am currently practicing as a Registered Health and Nutrition Counsellor.  I have always been interested in health and nutrition; and, maintaining a happy, healthy lifestyle for myself, my family and my clients is my priority.  I am constantly inspired by and curious about the benefits of whole, natural foods and how they improve our health and heal our bodies.  I am also a fitness enthusiast who loves to move my body, get outside, and stay active with my family and friends.  Through my studies, I gained a better understanding of the relationship between lifestyle, nutrition and overall health with a focus on the mind/body/spirit approach to health and wellness.

I completely understand how difficult it can be to navigate the nutrition world and all of the health and wellness advice and information we are bombarded with everyday.  I would love to help you understand your specific health and nutrition needs and how they change with your age and lifestyle.  Together we can assess your lifestyle, and create a wellness and dietary plan specific to your requirements, while addressing any preexisting conditions, sensitivities, health history, and obstacles that may have been holding you back.  I promise to work with you to create a program that works with your busy lifestyle, with your level of readiness, and with your dietary and health preferences, leaving you with motivation, knowledge, and confidence to pursue a healthier, happier lifestyle.
