My name is Lisa Cowan and I live in beautiful Colorado. I am a Registered Holistic Nutritional Health Coach. I am currently working towards my certification as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. I received my education through Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, British Columbia and am registered with The Canadian Health Coach Alliance.

Good Health is about balance. Holistic Nutrition & Health focuses on the whole person-body, mind, and spirit. Holistic Nutrition takes a focused approach to health. Each person is different and has different needs. A holistic approach looks uniquely at all that is you. A holistic approach to your wellness considers not only your current diet and medications, but, also your mental, emotional, and spiritual health. All of it is connected.

There is a huge disconnect between a holistic approach and the conventional western approach. We must bridge the gap to truly be whole.
A Holistic approach to lifestyle involves eating seasonally and eating as closely to nature as possible. As your health coach, I will analyze your diet, lifestyle and environmental factors. The nutritional analysis includes uncovering nutritional deficiencies, imbalances and toxic overload. This information is integrated and used to create an optimized and personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocol that is sustainable. What we eat affects every aspect of our health, from how we feel to how our bodies handle disease and toxins. By nourishing ourselves with the right food, we can reduce or eliminate unpleasant symptoms of imbalance and illness in our bodies and improve energy and quality of life.

I am passionate about life, about health and wellness, and about helping you live the best life possible. My primary goal is to help you take the steps you need to, to create health, happiness, and harmony in your life.
