“I started taking holistic nutrition through Nutraphoria during a very difficult time in my life. My grandmother had been suffering from cancer for over 2.5 years and as her caregiver, I had been doing nutrition research on my own time to ensure I was meeting her dietary needs as her caregiver.

I also have to young children at home who have been diagnosed with dairy allergies and wanted to ensure I could meet their needs too. Over the past 2 years, I realized that nutrition was my passion. I also realized that I wanted to help others who were wanting to live a healthier lifestyle but just didn’t know where to start. Nutraphoria allowed me to continue learning while staying home to take care of my kids and my grandmother, who sadly passed away at Christmas time.
