Almond Hazelnut Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup large flake oats
  • ½ cup almond hazelnut butter
  • ½ cup hemp seeds
  • 1/3 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped pistachios
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and thoroughly mix
  • Form into balls, squares or bars
  • Place in the freezer or refrigerator to help them firm up a bit
