Gluten Free Granola Bars

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Nut Butter
  • 1/3 Raw Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cups Gluten Free oats
  • 1 cup Gluten Free Rice Krispies
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions

  • Melt coconut oil on low/med heat
  • Stir in coconut sugar, nut butter, honey and vanilla separately
  • Once mixed together, remove from stove and stir in oats, rice krispies, hemp seeds, chia seeds and chocolate chips
  • Mix well and press into 8×8 pan

Let cool and enjoy!
