Healthy Superfood Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic plain Kefir
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp each: flax, chia seeds, and hemp
  • 1 tsp Cacao
  • 1 tsp Maca
  • 1/4 cup kale leaves (stem removed)
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • TBS of goji berries (softened in hot water if too chewy)
  • Handful of baby carrots
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (whatever you like, I use a cold pressed Whey Concentrate)

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in blender, and mix
  • You can add in any supplements, like fish oils etc that you are taking, and they you won’t taste them.
