Herbed Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 2 4-6 ounce Tilapia filets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Wash the tilapia and sprinkle with herbs.
  • Put olive oil in pan and heat to spread the oil.
  • Place tilapia into a pan and cook on medium heat about 5 minutes per side or until fish is lightly flaked.

Pair with your favourite steamed vegetable and brown rice!
