Nori Sprouts Wrap

One of my favourite healthy wraps is the Wakame sprouts wrap!

Nori Sprouts Wrap

Ingredients 

Serves 1

  • 1 Nori sheet
  • 2 tablespoons of beetroot dip (mix one cooked beetroot with little garlic and lemon juice or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 handful of fresh sprouts (alfalfa)
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/4 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 medium carrot (grated)

Directions

You will need a sushi mat

  • Put the sheet on the mat, spread the beetroot dip on it, add some salt and pepper, add the sprouts, avocado and the carrot on one line
  • Roll the sheet like a maki
  • Cut into several pieces (it will be easier to eat)
  • If you only have that for your meal, you can have 2
