Today I’ll share a super delicous vegan breakfast recipe.

A combination of chocolate, banana and cashew nuts, perfect for a luxurious weekend breakfast!

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1.5 dl cashew nuts (preferably soaked at least 8 hours)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 0.5-1 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • About 0.5 dl coconut drink (or other drink not made on milk base)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Mix the cashew nuts until they are finely divided
  • Then pour the rest of the ingredients and mix until you have a smooth “smudge”
  • Pour into a bowl and allow to stand for a while before cooking
