It’s that time of year again….Pumpkin…Spice…EVERYTHING! So since us vegans cannot really enjoy many of the pumpkin spice lattes that are available at the drive throughs, here is a simple pumpkin spice smoothie to get your fall season going!
Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 Frozen pumpkin cubes
- 2 Frozen coffee cubes
- 2 Frozen bananas
- 1 cup almond milk
- Water….as preferred
Prep
- 1 can of pumpkin, divided into an ice cube tray and frozen
- 2 cups of coffee, divided into an ice cube tray and frozen
- Peel a bunch of bananas and freeze
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and let sit for 10-15 minutes so they thaw for a little bit. Blend and Enjoy!
