I first became aware of this delight while at my daughters house for supper. We were having pasta and she sprinkled some of this Vegan Parm on my dish. It was amazing! I instantly needed the recipe, and I can’t wait to share it with you!
Such a healthy alternative to the dairy parmesan, and a great source of B12 as well as Zinc and other minerals and Vitamins. Use it on eggs, salads, roasted veggies, pasta dishes, and anything else your little heart desires. It’s especially good on garlic bread!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw organin pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. sea salt to taste
- 1 clove garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender and enjoy!
- Store in Refrigerator
