Hi my name is Margaret Quinsey i am a RN from Montreal Quebec. I have been working as a RN for the last 24 years , the last 14 being in a buzy Montreal ER. I am a mother of 3 adult children . Being a RN I have experiened first hand the affects that poor nutrition and lifestyle have on men and women of all ages. Ive also learned that handing out medication is not the solution.
