Creamy Hemp & Basil Dressing

This dressing is packed with healthy fats and protein, plus it is dairy free and low FODMAP.
It also tastes amazing and has been kid approved!

Creamy Hemp & Basil Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup hemp hearts
  • 1/4 Cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup full fat coconut milk
  • Big handful of fresh basil (or herb(s) of your choice)
  • 2 Tbsp green onion tops
  • Pinch of pink salt

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender, and pulse until well mixed
  • Serve over a fresh garden salad, or try it over grilled chicken or fish
