I’m a Mom x 2 & Wife and I love being in my kitchen.  I have a passion for developing & creating new recipes and showing my kiddos how fun it can be to cook food that will fuel our bodies & nourish our souls.

I have delved into many types of ‘diets’ in search of relief from digestive issues. While I’m still on that journey-I choose to follow a natural, whole food lifestyle (with gf/paleo treats of course).

My recipes have been husband & kid (well most of the time) approved!
