I am excited to begin a new career as a Nutrition Coach and Consultant, specializing in Whole Foods Plant Based (WFPB) and Vegetarian diets.
This past year has been difficult for my family. Last fall, both of my parents had strokes and heart attacks. Six months ago, my brother underwent surgery and chemotherapy for stage 3 testicular cancer. Incidentally, both of my parents have had cancer. My mother has had breast cancer 3 times.
I asked myself, when am I next? Is there anything that I can do about it? I am already 54 years old and terrified.
