Buckwheat Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp tamari or low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 2 minced garlic
- 1 yellow onion (chopped)
- 1 cup broccoli (chopped into small florets)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup sweet peas (frozen or canned)
- 1/2 cup sweet corn or chopped baby corn
To garnish
- 1/4 Cup cashews
- Handful of cilantro
- Handful of chives
