Cauliflower “Wingz”

Low Fat Cholesterol Free Cauliflower Wingz

Ingredients

  • 1 Head cauliflower
  • 1 Cup flour
  • 2-3 Cups soy milk
  • 2 Cups panko break crumbs
  • 1 Cups franks red hot sauce

Directions

  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES
  • Chop all the cauliflower into bite size pieces
  • Add the flour into a large bowl and wisk in soy milk until you get a pancake batter consistency
  • Place the bread crumbs into another large bowl. Next dip each piece of cauliflower into your flour batter, topping off any excess
  • Place your battered pieces of parchment paper
  • Place in oven for 10 minutes
  • Place your buffalo sauce into another bowl
  • Take the wingz out of the oven and dip them into the sauce one by one, and place back in the oven for another 5 minutes
