Low Fat Cholesterol Free Cauliflower Wingz
Ingredients
- 1 Head cauliflower
- 1 Cup flour
- 2-3 Cups soy milk
- 2 Cups panko break crumbs
- 1 Cups franks red hot sauce
Directions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES
- Chop all the cauliflower into bite size pieces
- Add the flour into a large bowl and wisk in soy milk until you get a pancake batter consistency
- Place the bread crumbs into another large bowl. Next dip each piece of cauliflower into your flour batter, topping off any excess
- Place your battered pieces of parchment paper
- Place in oven for 10 minutes
- Place your buffalo sauce into another bowl
- Take the wingz out of the oven and dip them into the sauce one by one, and place back in the oven for another 5 minutes
