Common Signs Of Nutrient Deficiencies

Do you listen to the messages your body sends you?

Our bodies are magnificent, intelligent manifestations of our being that sends subtle, and not so subtle signals to us every day to let us know when something is not right.

When you get a headache, do you instantly pop ibuprofen?   Or do you explore the many causes that could be contributing to it such as dehydration; in which case simply drinking a glass of water can often alleviate headache symptoms, or something as simple as stretching the neck and shoulders for those of you who sit in front of a computer for long hours.

Paying attention to the signals and resisting the temptation to mask them with a quick fix can not only make you feel better in the long run, but may also save your life.
