This dressing is packed with healthy fats and protein, plus it is dairy free and low FODMAP.
It also tastes amazing and has been kid approved!
Creamy Hemp & Basil Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup hemp hearts
- 1/4 Cup avocado oil
- 1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 Cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 Cup full fat coconut milk
- Big handful of fresh basil (or herb(s) of your choice)
- 2 Tbsp green onion tops
- Pinch of pink salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender, and pulse until well mixed
- Serve over a fresh garden salad, or try it over grilled chicken or fish
