  • 0 to 5 tablespoons milk (your choice; cow, coconut, nut, other)
  • Sweetener to taste (your choice, honey, maple syrup, agave nectar, other)

Extras (Optional)

  • Chopped nuts
  • Chocolate – cocoa/pieces/chips
  • Toasted coconut
  • Oatmeal

Instructions

  • Place Greek yogurt and fruit in the blender.
  • Add extra ingredients if using.
  • Blend to desired consistency adding milk as necessary (mixture should be a thick pouring consistency.)
  • Tasting after each addition, slowly add sweetener to obtain desired flavour.

*Be aware that if you choose to use flavoured Greek yogurt there is already sugar added and additional sweetener may not be necessary.*
