One of my favourite healthy wraps is the Wakame sprouts wrap!
Nori Sprouts Wrap
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 Nori sheet
- 2 tablespoons of beetroot dip (mix one cooked beetroot with little garlic and lemon juice or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 handful of fresh sprouts (alfalfa)
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/4 avocado (sliced)
- 1 medium carrot (grated)
Directions
You will need a sushi mat
- Put the sheet on the mat, spread the beetroot dip on it, add some salt and pepper, add the sprouts, avocado and the carrot on one line
- Roll the sheet like a maki
- Cut into several pieces (it will be easier to eat)
- If you only have that for your meal, you can have 2
