Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie

It’s that time of year again….Pumpkin…Spice…EVERYTHING! So since us vegans cannot really enjoy many of the pumpkin spice lattes that are available at the drive throughs, here is a simple pumpkin spice smoothie to get your fall season going!

Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen pumpkin cubes
  • 2 Frozen coffee cubes
  • 2 Frozen bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Water….as preferred

Prep

  • 1 can of pumpkin, divided into an ice cube tray and frozen
  • 2 cups of coffee, divided into an ice cube tray and frozen
  • Peel a bunch of bananas and freeze

Directions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and let sit for 10-15 minutes so they thaw for a little bit. Blend and Enjoy!
