Quinoa Crusted Cauliflower

This recipe is to go head over heels for!! One of the only ways I’ll eat cauliflower now; I even have my mom convinced and she hates cauliflower. So it’s gotta be good then!

Quinoa Crusted Cauliflower

What your beautiful self will need

  • 1 head cauliflower chopped into “little trees”
  • Frank’s hot sauce (amount depends on how spicy you like it)
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 4 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 original unsweetened almond milk
  • Parchment paper + baking sheet

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Celsius.
  • Mix together Frank’s, almond milk and flaxseeds. Allow to thicken approx. 5mins.
  • Dip cauliflower into almond milk mixture and then dip it into the cooked quinoa. Coating all sides.
  • Place on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway.
