This month, we’re pleased to spotlight NutraPhoria Alumni Natasha Boffo, a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, Health Coach, and Classical Pilates teacher with over a decade of experience guiding others through mindful movement and sustainable wellness. Natasha’s approach is rooted in bio-individuality, longevity, and intuition, emphasizing steady lifestyle refinement over drastic change. She believes that habits become rituals, and rituals become a way of life – a philosophy that has shaped the powerful transformations she’s directly witnessed in her clients. Natasha’s work is a beautiful reminder that true healing begins within. We’re excited to share more about her journey, perspective, and what’s next as she expands into destination retreats and wellness workshops this spring!
Can you share a bit about your background, specialization, and what first inspired you to pursue holistic nutrition?
I am a teacher of the classical Pilates Method for 10 years. I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach.
What’s your unique approach to holistic nutrition, and how does it shape the way you support your clients?
My unique approach to holistic nutrition is that we are all different in our needs and requirements. I use the approach of lifestyle and longevity as opposed to drastic lifestyle change. Habits become rituals, which in turn become a lifestyle.
How has your perspective on health and wellness changed or evolved since studying Holistic Nutrition?
My perspective on health and wellness has not changed much since my studies. I say this because the intuition I always had and grew up around is a testament to that our mind, body and soul combined are so intelligent if we truly listen within. The answers are there. Natural resources and lifestyles are still our greatest medicine.
Since becoming a holistic nutrition professional, what’s one habit or daily ritual you’ve implemented that has had the biggest impact on your well-being?
Beyond all the rituals and mindful habits I abide by to keep my mind, body and soul whole I will attest to the practice of meditation in stillness and that of meditation in motion have the biggest impact on my wellbeing.

Can you share a standout success story or transformation from a client that deeply impacted you?
Over the past 10 years of teaching mind body moving and coaching in holistic health I have witnessed beautiful success stories that inspire me and continue to inspire me as each individuals’ life grows with the seeds we planted.
One particular student comes to mind who has deeply impacted me. She experienced emotional trauma which caused her mind and body to shut down. Through our movement practice and mindful rituals she has been able to reconnect with her soul, and in turn the mind and body are awakened. This has impacted her positive lifestyle choices and healthy decisions for her body internally. It is all connected and it all starts within.
How do you stay inspired and continue growing in the ever-evolving world of holistic wellness?
Creativity inspires me. Honest, passionate, authentic, kind and courageous people inspire me most. I feel nature, art, fashion, design, textures, colours and cultural experiences enhance our senses. When our senses are heightened, we become inspired and create more. The wellness industry is ever-evolving indeed. I believe it’s important to learn and grow. I also believe some things shouldn’t change, such as our intuition leading our health and well-being.
If you could give one piece of advice to current students or recent graduates, what would it be?
My advice to a current student or recent graduate would be to trust your education based on original health care, human experience and intuition. Evolve within, rather than external trends and ideas of holistic wellness.
What’s next for you? Any exciting projects, goals, or new directions for your wellness practice?
I am always evolving and growing organically. I’m very excited to start teaching destination retreats and wellness workshops once again, starting this the Spring.
