Water is the key! It is possible to survive weeks without food but possibly only one day without water. Essentially two-thirds of our bodies are made up of water.

How can you tell if you are well hydrated??? Urine Check!!!

Sounds gross but it is the best way! If your urine is a pale yellow or clear you are well hydrated – give yourself a pat on the back! If your urine is dark yellow and/or murky you are NOT hydrated.
