My studies are focused on plant-based, organic & seasonal eating which keeps us attuned to the earth along with supporting the environment and our local communities, but due to my interest in being active in the outdoors, I’ve also incorporated holistic sports nutrition into my learning. I live in the Canadian ski resort, Whistler. During the summer I mountain bike and in the winter I snowboard, along with some lake swimming, hiking, yoga and breathwork in between.
