I hold a Master of Arts degree in political science and a Bachelor of Education Degree.  In 1993, I founded Healthy Home Services which was Canada’s first environmental home product and consulting company devoted to helping individuals struggling with allergies, asthma and chronic illness lead healthier lives.

I have enjoyed diverse experiences within the public and private sectors both as a professional and as a volunteer.  I have sat on numerous boards and committees including being a member of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority’s Health Involvement Group.  I am passionate about and committed to helpng individuals take control of their health through my new initiative, 5 Star Preventative Health, a health knowledge and empowerment seminar.
