About Gladys

Hey there my like minded amigos, my name is Gladys but I go by Gii.  I married into the military and loved the life so much that I decided to leave my career as a Pharmacy Tech and join. I have always been really passionate about Health and Fitness (ask my friends and family lol) and so I decided to expand my knowledge by taking the Holistic Nutrition Coach course specializing in Sports & Fitness Nutrition so I can help others live a healthier life and reach their fitness goals!!
