About Ilana

Fitness has been a part of my life since I was 15 years old. I have been on more diets than I care to admit, lost and gained the same weight countless times. My relationship with my body, with food and with exercise has fluctuated from one extreme to another. It is because of this experience that today I am able to be here with a different mindset, a different outlook and on the other side. It is my honor and pleasure to help others reach the same results.
