About Jennifer

Hello! I’m a student currently studying to become a health coach. I’m really interested and fascinated with mind-gut health and autoimmunity. This comes from my own personal story and years of research.  I would love to help and gently guide others that are struggling with autoimmunity. I truly believe that food is our medicine and I hope that I can bring that knowledge to our collective table to support and nurture people along their path.
