Hello! My name is Joan, and I am a Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach in the Barrie area. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Ottawa, and felt I needed to update my knowledge of Nutrition by studying with Nutraphoria. For the past 30 years, I have worked as pharmaceutical representative, with a focus on mental health, both adult and paediatric. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle have been my passions basically my whole life, and now am ready to help others to live well, and eat well!
