Leenah is on a mission to educate and encourage families to include nutrition dense foods in their every day meals. She is a mother of two boys, her husband is a cancer survivor, and she is learning that age introduces new health challenges. With growing kids, new health concerns, and a husband who has opened her eyes to the impact diet has on our overall health & well-being, Leenah is committed to embracing a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition can improve, and even cure, health issues. It has a positive impact on the mind and body. You know the feeling when you go out and stuff yourself with junk food – you feel sluggish. Verses when you choose nutrient dense food available to you – it leaves you feeling more energetic! Before you eat, be aware of what you are about to put into your body. Is it good for you? This doesn’t mean you have to stop eating your favourite meals or snacks. Treat yourself to a craving every now and then, it only encourages a healthier habit. Enjoy life while being aware of how you care for your body & mind. Leenah believes that Holistic Nutrition empowers us to create natural & healthy habits.
