I grew up in a large, low-income family eating a denatured North American diet. When I left home I discovered vegetarian food and all the beauty, diversity and flavour that it brings. My health and happiness improved. I felt an excitement and anticipation for cooking.
My passion for helping others reach and maintain good health and vitality has led me to become a Holistic Nutritionist with a focus on plant based nutrition. I have a special interest in transforming my clients favourite foods into something healthy, nutrient rich and delicious – recipes they can carry through life. Food should bring joy and preparing it should be fulfilling. It is also medicine, and my intention is to remind others of its power to heal and nourish us through client education. Each person is unique and programs are tailored to meet the needs of each individual and their lifestyle practices.
