About Alison

Hi, I’m Alison I’m a Mom of 2 adult kids ages 26 and 23 as well as a crazy dog Mom.  I began my journey after being in the Corporate world for over 30 years.  I fell into the health and wellness industry due to family illness and health issues. It’s been great and I look forward to incorporating my training as a chef with my new skills. I’ll be updating you on my progress. To new adventures and friends!
