About Carine

Hello! My name is Carine and I am currently on track to become a Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Coach. I have a passion for nutrition, wellness and incorporating simple strategies into everyday life to support a healthy body and mind. My passion is fuelled by dealing with my own health issues and by looking at the root cause I have been able to heal with proper nutrition, movement, and stress reduction strategies.

My goal will be to help clients achieve an optimal state of well-being and health that is sustainable.
