About Courtney

I am from Ontario, Canada, and I have a major passion for all things health & fitness!  I previously attended Humber College for Fitness & Health Promotion and decided to broaden my scope of knowledge in health by attaining my diploma in Holistic Nutrition.

I love to be outdoors and exercise regularly, as well as create healthy recipes in my spare time.  I enjoy exploring new ways to incorporate Holistic health into my own life and working with others to show them the true value of their health through a Holistic approach.
