About Crystal

Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec where the summers are really hot and the winters are really cold, I learned the hard way that our bodies need many forms of nourishment from the inside out. It can be very confusing, challenging and frustrating with all the information available. From building myself back up knowing almost nothing to all the knowledge I’ve acquired thus far, I’ve become extremely passionate and dedicated to help people develop habits that continuously promote their overall health and well-being.
