About Crystal

Hi, my name is Crystal. I am happily married with 2 amazing kids. I am 32 and for the last 10 years have wanted to become a Holistic Nutritionist and Nutrition Counselor. I worked as an administrative assistant for years and finally decided to fulfil my dreams. My goal is to assist and educate others about the benefits of nutrition and exercise. I want to help people realize the effects these things have on our bodies as well as their minds and guide them on their individuals journeys to living a happy and healthy life. I’m an advocate for body positivity and provide a non-judgmental environment for my nutrition counselling.
