About Francine

I live in the beautiful Gatineau hills in Quebec where I love to hike, bike, snowshoe and ski.

I am nearing the end of my career and starting a new one. I have always been passionate about healthy eating and now devoting my time to this new venture.

As a human resources specialist, I will be able to take along my extensive experience with people to assist me in my health coaching business.
