I am a Registered Integrative Health Coach and I completed my certificate with NutraPhoria for Sports & Fitness Nutrition Specialist.  I have my own coaching practice where I empower women to overcome their trauma, stress and overwhelm.  I am passionate about personal and spiritual growth, I strongly believe in the mind, body, soul connection.
