About Karla

Hi, my name is Karla. I am currently living in Kelowna, BC and studying to become a Holistic Nutrition Coach. My passion for cooking at a young age has blossomed into my interest in providing people with healthy nutrition and lifestyle options. After becoming a vegetarian 3 years ago, I have had a lot of fun experimenting with making and creating many new healthy recipies. I am happy and excited to share the knowledge I am gaining through my studies and the knowledge I have obtained through my own experiences with my family, friends, and yourself!
