About Kristin

I am Kristin Bennett, a Certified Life Coach determined to empower women to engage in life from a place of worthiness.

I currently reside in the Ottawa Valley, in Canada and am studying to become a Holistic Nutritionist. I love all things pink, I am obsessed with my dog and I am always striving to become the best version of myself. My hope is to help women heal their body, mind and spirit to become the happiest, healthiest version of themselves.
