Hello!  I’m Mackenzie…a wife, mother of 2 little boys, energy healer and soon to be Holistic Health coach.

I truly believe the Universe is amazing and will provide us with what we need to live a beautiful, healthy, balanced life.  After years feeling unhappy, stressed, overweight and eating a lot of junk I took control and started eating super healthy.  Soon after something amazing happened…I started to lose weight!  It was rough and took insane willpower to give up my favorite treats but it was absolutely worth it.  I’ve never felt better and am so pumped to be able to help others on their journey to health and wellness!
