Hi, I am Maria Dokshina.

I am a Holistic Nutrition student.

Also, I studied Culinary Arts by ICE and worked as a head chef in a cafe for a couple of years in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, in Saint-Petersburg, Russia.

Currently running my blog (@planty_) on Instagram where I share my passion for plant-based cooking and lifestyle through vibrant food-photography and wholesome recipes.

My cookbook “Planty in Italy” about authentic Italian food made vegan is now in the hands of more than 150 000 readers and currently I am working on a new cookbook!
