About Melissa

I am a Mom to two teen boys; Aidan 19yrs old, and Christian 17yrs old.  They are my inspiration in everything I do.  I have been married to my husband Tim for 20 years.  Its been a fun, interesting journey.  He is my biggest supporter and I am truly blessed to have him by my side.  My family and I reside in Wasaga Beach, Ontario together with our two Australian Shepherds; Bree and Jasper, and our cat Oliver.

I am on a mission to empower, educate and inspire healthy living.  It is my goal to help others be the healthiest version of themselves and make a difference in the lives of everyone I meet.

I am a recent graduate of Tier 2 and am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and proud to have completed the Advanced Holistic Nutrition program.  I am excited to start helping people live their best lives.
