About Patrice

Hey there! My name is Patrice and I am 33 years old. I am married with two dogs and I work in banking.

I have dealt with depression, anxiety, binge eating, smoking, lack of exercise and poor eating habits.  In the past few years, I have made myself a priority.  I smoked for 15 years and have been smoke free for two years!  I got a personal trainer who helped me learn about my body and also taught me the beginnings of how nutrition can be so important to your overall health.

I have become very passionate about health, diet and exercise and my goal is to share these passions with anyone who has the desire to learn.
