About Peter

Hello ☺

I have always been involved with sports and nutrition from an early age.

I have decided to follow what I believe to be the right path for me at this juncture in my life.

I feel that I have alot to offer as insight into health, nutrition and wellness.

As I continue down the learning path of holistic nutrition, i hope to gain even more wealth of knowledge to pass on and help people with.

More to follow🤓
