Hi I’m Shanna! For years now, I’ve had a passion for health and wellness driven by my own desire to better the lives of myself and my family in a holistic way. That led me to pursue a career in it. I am currently on my journey to becoming a Holistic Nutritionist in order to help others better their health especially with regard to weight,  hormone, and gut health.
